Superior painters did a great job from start to finish on my rental property. They delivered what they said they would, and when they would do it..(allowing for the odd lock down). I have no issues using superior painters again or recommending them.
I agree completely — never paint over wallpaper! My house is very old and the original owners had wallpaper (layer upon layer) in every room in the house — even the bathrooms. Then the last owner painted over the wallpaper. Yikes! What a mess. So glad most of it is gone but it was a chore. Thanks for the great tips to painting the house.
