A lot more goes into painting than you might guess, so I thought it would be fun to share a thorough breakdown of everything we encountered and learned as we painted this house. If you have any big painting projects in your future, I highly recommend you check out some of these tips and lessons we learned so hopefully your project goes smoothly.
These are just a handful of the factors we take into consideration when pricing interior painting for our customers. This is why when customers sometimes ask our “Price per Square foot,” the answer isn’t always that simple. For the house in the video below the homeowner paid $3600 to paint this one story approximately 3000 square feet stucco house in two colors. One color for the body and second color for the trim. We repaired all damaged stucco, fixed cracks and holes and spray painted the house and about 25 of the stucco wall on the front of the house. The cost came to $1.20 per square foot.
