Wow what a huge project to take on! My sister just bought a house and will likely be doing something like this (painting most or all of it) before she moves in…I’ll definitely be sharing this with her! Jeanine February 25, 2015
"Our house looks great! Everyone was patient throughout and committed to ensuring we were satisfied customers as we vacillated with respect to color schemes, etc. The house had not been painted for years and the siding and fascia were badly weathered. Charles' commitment to quality ensured there was no skimping on the prep work, after which the painting went smoothly and beautifully. We were well informed throughout the job. Would recommend."

Kelly Brothers recently completed painting our vacation home in the Lake Tahoe area. We couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. It's beautiful! Even more impressive was their service prior to the job being started. We were given a very fair, competitive price quote. We received communication regarding project start dates and what to expect well in advance and even more amazing, the work began and was completed,as promised, on schedule.I would strongly recommend Kelly Brothers to anyone looking for a quality paint job with incredible customer service to support it.
Of course, how smooth your painted surfaces will look majorly depends on the climate of the area, but if you stick to the guidelines we have discussed here, you are sure to have an unblemished finish. Before you start painting, get your siding in top shape. Repair cracks and holes in finishes such as stucco, replace any rotten wood and treat insects and mold. Putty surface pitting and seal seams. If you want to remove peeling or cracking paint, you can sandblast. Follow up this with a power wash and ensure you apply the recommended amount of pressure. After power wash, allow your surfaces to dry completely so that you will have no trapped moisture under your paint. Also, in case it rains heavily, gives your house time to dry. Observe the weather to ensure that painting is done when the weather is dry and mild

We focus exclusively on residential painting & have set the standard for excellence in Dallas.
Workers showed up on time and work was finished as promised. Very courteous. I would use Rubens painting in the future for other projects.
The average cost to paint a living room is $600 to $2,000. Prices depend on the size of your living room and the height of the ceilings. Painting an attached dining room or large hallway costs $300 to $1,000 more on average. Cost to Paint a Living Room Size Average Cost Small (200 SF) $600 – $1,000 Average (320 SF) $900 – $1,600 Large (450 SF) $1,200 – $2,000 Cost To Paint A Kitchen
I am unable to answer direct question. any painter that is reasonable(market rate) & has done work in your reference should be preferred. Asian Paints or any other company would try to set standards. However finally, end of the day it completely depends on man who is actually doing work at your place. At the same time avoid painters who quote very low price, because later they will increase the bill or compromise on result.
Some siding materials are rougher or more porous than others, so it will take more coats of paint and primer to cover them. The result is a higher material cost and longer work hours.
Mr Paritosh, I am not sure about actual application of PVC in this case. I have seen people using acrylic panels on wall ,not PVC. I am not sure what material & application you are talking about. Please talk to some expert, I think you should apply coat of primer or some chemical on brick wall before covering it with finish material directly. This is not proven option, so you will need to experiment & see how it goes. Between idea sounds interesting – save on plastering & paneling. We did one room where client wanted one wall to remain as brick wall. We did primer on it, it was left as highlighter. Such experimental ideas are risk prone. In most cases they do not last for years. Either they dont stay functional or you stop liking it.
Moving Resources Painting Guides Everything You Need to Know About Exterior House Painting By Maureen Stanley Updated November 10, 2020 Guido Mieth/ Getty Images
There are a few obvious signs such a chipping and cracking paint that shows your home needs exterior painting, but there are also some less noticeable signs that can necessitate a repaint.
When pricing out your interior paint job, you need to first determine exactly how much wall space is going to be covered. How much of it is going to be touched up? How many walls need a complete redo? Most importantly, does your potential painting contractor offer touch-ups?
We have used Kelly Bros for exterior and interior work. Very professional and quality work. Appreciated getting assistance selecting colors, too.
The cost can increase up to $5 to $6 per sqft based on the overall square footage, the complexity of the job, and the quality of the primer and paint applied. Labor takes 75 to 80% of the overall costs of any painting projects.
