Many homeowners need a paint job after both interior and exterior remodeling projects. This can be especially true after siding repairs, drywall repairs, plaster 5 repairs, and other projects of that nature.

*Tip* Never pour more than a small amount of paint in your cut bucket. That way if you spill it, it won't become a huge mess. It also helps to keep a damp rag handy at all times to quickly wipe up any drips or spills.
These can be easily scraped off and sanded, and then the rest of the old paint can simply be painted over when the time for the new paint job comes around.

1. Read the directions! When I use a new machine or tool, I usually just go for it and learn along the way. For a sprayer, there are so many variables that can make or break the outcome: clogging, pressure, priming, cleaning, etc. all play a role. Read the directions and you’ll know how to deal with all of those issues as they come along.
For exterior painting jobs, you may have to deal with a few repairs beforehand. For older homes, damaged siding can make or break a painting project. Whether you have a small crack or a large gaping hole, it's important to have a professional deal with it before you begin painting. Most siding contractors will charge between $40 and $75 per hour to repair house siding.
Finding the best light blue house color for your exterior is tough. Poolhouse (SW 7603) by Sherwin Williams simplifies this process. It’s a fantastic medium-ish light blue paint that’s both timeless and contemporary. If you’re afraid of trending darker blue exterior shades like Hale Navy, you aren’t alone. On exteriors, Poolhouse becomes a breezy and cool medium blue shade when paired with white or off-white trim colors.
We specialize in painting all types of metal, including view fences, bridges, railings, water towers, etc.
Completing an entire apartment top to bottom in 1 day? Not really - unless you have a small army of painters to help you.
Be ready to pay a minimum of 50% more for your job if you plan to have textured ceilings or walls: about $6 to $7.5 per sqft. There are differences in price and quality of interior paint.

The Kelly Brothers team did their best to accommodate my scheduling needs, color selection help and all follow up. They were great to work with and very reasonable!! I highly recommend!!
It’s just about impossible to keep your floors free of paint drops. But a good canvas or cotton drop cloth will do a better job than plastic sheets. Paint drops stay wet after they fall on plastic and you can track a single drop all around your house. Cloth drop sheets also stay in place better, they aren’t as slippery as plastic and they are safer for ladders.
Flat paint, aka matte paint, falls on the other end of the spectrum. Matte paint has no shine at all, and it’s difficult to clean without rubbing off the paint because water removes it easily.
